This module explores the importance of thought mastery and present moment awareness to human potential development. You will learn how to

 

1.       Defuse your negative thoughts

2.       Investigate your thinking

3.       Transform your self-limiting beliefs

4.       Practise mindfulness

5.       Enter flow

  • Follow the instructions and suggestions in the thought defusion section. Reflect on what you have learned and on the value of these techniques
  • Read through the section on investigating your thinking. Now visit Byron Katies website www.thework.com and download the judge-your-neighbour sheet from ‘the work’ section. Use it a couple of times to get a feel for its benefit
  • Follow the instructions and suggestions in the mindfulness section. Reflect on what you have learned and on the value of these techniques
  • Learn the Instant Presence process and use it every day over a period of at least 7 days. Record your experiences and reflections
